Return Policy

Returns:

Please contact Splendid Home Style customer service at: returns@splendidhomestyle.com. We will review your request to determine the best possible solution.

We will accept return(s) of any unopened product, that is in original packaging with 25% restocking fee within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns require a Return Authorization Number before the item can is shipped or returned. Splendid Home Style will provide the Return Authorization Number once an evaluation of the return request is completed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except for items with defects or order processing irregularities on a pre-approved basis.

 

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, the buyer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@splendidhomestyle.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
